Laura (Oil)

Another painting redone. This is a portrait of Laura, one of our favorite models, as she posed for us at the 2008 daVinci Days. Not yet a great likeness but I am getting closer.

Independence (Oil)

From a year ago, I decided to redo this painting. It is 9X12. Still not my favorite, but better. I used my new studio lights with double polarization. The result was a perfect exposure the first time with almost no reflections.

Borgo Pass Vineyard (Oil Painting)

This is a painting from a Vistas & Vineyards event this summer. It is 16x20 and I am in the process making a 20X24 frame for it. I am saturating my colors far more than in the past however the actual painting is not quite as bold.
